Tenneco Inc.’s Packaging Corp. of America will invest $50 million during the next five years in the Romanian wood-processing business. Packaging Corp., which is based in Evanston, said it expects to have the furniture-part plant in operation by the third quarter of 1996 and the sawmill by the first quarter of 1997.
