Benjamin L. Berlinski, 69, of Crystal Lake, died Sunday at Memorial Medical Center in Woodstock. He was born in Chicago. Survivors include his wife, Elaine; a son, Mark; a daughter, Sandy Howard; and a sister. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Flagg Funeral Home, 2 N. Williams St., Crystal Lake. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
