Borg-Warner Security Corp. said it named its president, J. Joe Adorjan, to the added position of chief executive, effective last Sunday. Adorjan has been president and chief operating officer of the Chicago-based provider of guard, alarm and armored-vehicle services. He is expected to assume the additional position of chairman when the company’s current chairman, Donald C. Trauscht, retires at year’s end.
