Robert Traxler, 48, of Crystal Lake, president of the Crystal Lake Country Club, died Friday in Midwest Regional Medical Center in Zion. He owned and operated Traxco Inc., a manufacturer of sewing machines in Huntley. Survivors include his wife, Rosemarie; a daughter, Lisa Modrich; and a son, Nicholas Traxler. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday in Querhammer Funeral Home 500 West Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Mass will be said at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Illinois Highway 176 and Oak Street, Crystal Lake.
