Thomas J. Miller, 55, founder of Topline Automotive Engineering Inc., died Sunday at his Palos Hills home. Mr. Miller lived most of his life in the Chicago area, where he turned his love of cars and tinkering into a successful business rebuilding car engines. Survivors include his wife, Nancy; three sons, Timothy, Daniel and Thomas Jr.; a daughter, Susan; a brother; two sisters; and two grandchildren. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Church, 8245 W. 111th St., Palos Hills.
