Evansville, Ind.-based CNB Bancshares Inc. is acquiring Du Quoin Bancorp Inc., of Du Quoin, Ill., for about $13.1 million in stock. Du Quoin National Bank, which has two offices and is a subsidiary of Du Quoin Bancorp, will operate as a branch of CNB’s Citizens Bank of Illinois.
