Patrick E. Kosowski, 66, a self-employed carpenter and Army veteran of the Korean War, died Wednesday in Christ Hospital and Medical Center, Oak Lawn. Mr. Kosowski, a native of Chicago, was a longtime resident of Burbank. He was president of the O.L. Sertoma Club, a service organization for the handicapped, from 1967 to 1968; governor of the Central Illinois district of the club in 1969; and international director of the Illinois-Wisconsin region of Sertoma International from 1970 to 1972. Survivors include his wife, Eleanore; a daughter, Sandra Jo Ksycki; two sons, Steven and Lawrence; two stepdaughters, Deborah Novack and Ruth Henrichs; a stepson, Michael Oziminski; his mother, Stella Misuraca; and six grandchildren. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church, 8808 S. Ridgeland Ave., Oak Lawn.
