John C. Messick, 48, of Richmond, owner and operator of the Citgo Quick Mart in Richmond, died Tuesday in his home after a long illness. He was born in Chicago. He is survived by his wife, Sandy; a daughter, Jackie Miller; a son, Greg; a brother; and two grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday in Ehorn-Adams Funeral Home, 10011 Main St., Richmond. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Grace Lutheran Church, 6000 Broadway St., Richmond.
