Who got the brainstorm to equip school buses with an eight-speaker stereo? Without the music, and the kids shouting over the music, maybe someone would have heard the train blasts sooner and the driver could have made a different choice. Stereos in school buses are unnecessary for a short ride, a big waste of money and a serious hindrance.
