Regarding the story titled “Taking showers at school is going down the drain” (Page 1, March 26):
Unfortunately, I remember the “old” days at Amundsen High School when boys were required to take swim class in the nude. I never really understood why we had to swim in the nude, but in those days we just followed orders.
Taking showers after gym class? That was the easy part.
