John Franco (2-1) blew a save for the second time in the three-game series and center-fielder Lance Johnson made a double error on Walt Weiss’ ninth-inning single as the Colorado Rockies got past the Mets 6-4 Sunday in New York.

After Johnson’s two-run triple gave New York a 3-2 lead in the eighth, Franco loaded the bases. Weiss blooped a single to center that rolled off Johnson’s glove for one error. He then threw it away for a second.

Andres Galarraga hit an RBI single, and Jeff Kent misplayed a grounder, allowing another run.
