Amoco Canada Petroleum Co., a unit of Chicago’s Amoco Corp., will invest $130 million to expand heavy-oil operations at its Wolf Lake plant near Cold Lake, Alberta. The expansion calls for the extension of an area now being developed and the use of new drilling technology.
