As part of National Salvation Army Week, the Salvation Army Metropolitan Division will hold its annual civic luncheon. The luncheon will feature CBS-TV and radio anchor Charles Osgood. The Salvation Army started in the slums of London in 1865, and the evangelical ministry has been helping Americans since 1880. Tickets are $50 and can be reserved by calling 312-725-1100.
