Michael J. Charley, 51, a self-employed clinical psychologist for more than 20 years, died Wednesday at his home in Mt. Prospect. He served as chief psychologist at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights until January 1995. He received his master’s degree from DePaul University in 1968, and received a doctoral degree from Northwestern University in 1974. Survivors include: his wife, Geri; a son, Michael Jr.; and a brother. Mass will be said at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Thomas Becket Catholic Church, 1321 Burning Bush Lane, Mt. Prospect.
