To all those sour-grapes types in Oak Park who don’t like the tourists traipsing around the Frank Lloyd Wright homes, I offer a suggestion. Drive by the abandoned Frank Lloyd Wright (alleged) house recently discovered in Gary and see what can happen to a neighborhood when not everyone cares, or is able to. Then you might appreciate how much you have and what all those who fought to preserve it have done for you.
