I would simply like to commend Stephen Chapman for his May 19 column (“Note to Dole and Clinton: Get a grip and dry those tears,” Op-Ed). I always enjoy reading Mr. Chapman’s comments, but this article was just particularly well said. His opinions are refreshing and encouraging during this soppy, sorrowful Clinton administration.
