Two single-family homes are available for immediate occupancy at Boulder Ridge, a golf course community in Lake in the Hills.

As an added incentive, buyers will receive a golf club membership which waives initiation fees and monthly dues for two years.

The community will include 533 single-family homes in three neighborhoods.

The two homes available for immediate occupancy include the LaCosta from the Fairway Home series and the Medinah model from the Estate Home series.

The one-story LaCosta with 1,956 square feet includes two bedrooms, two baths, and attached two-car garage, priced at $263,000.

The Medinah is a 3,015-square-foot, two-story model with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, deck overlooking golf course and three-car garage, priced at $475,000.

Also, a new floor plan–the one-story Augusta–has been added to the Green Series at Boulder Ridge.

The Green series includes 177 single-family homes on quarter to half-acre lots priced from $239,900 to $275,900.

The Augusta offers 2,143 square feet, two bedrooms, two baths, and attached two-car garage, priced from $275,900.

Boulder Ridge is located on Illinois Highway 62 (Algonquin Road), half a mile west of Randall Road.

– Sales are underway at Oak Grove Crossing, a Harvard community planned for 540 semi-custom homes on 222 acres.

Five plans are offered priced from $139,900 to $180,900. The one- and two-story plans range in size from 1,600 to 2,350 square feet and include three or four bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths and attached two-car garage.

– Three homes are available for 30-day delivery at McKenzie Station, a community planned for 98 townhouses in Lisle by developer Ryland Homes.

McKenzie Station includes six two-story floor plans ranging in size from 1,277 to 1,685 square feet with two to three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and attached two-car garages priced from $153,990 to $175,990. Two models are open for viewing.

The three homes available for early delivery include a two-bedroom Amberly priced at $175,000, a three-bedroom Chatham priced at $168,300 and a three-bedroom Crofton with first-floor den priced from $179,500.

– Sales are underway on the 40 homesites in the second phase of development at The Settlement, a Deer Point Development community in north suburban Hainesville.

– The Townes of Fox Chase, a 74-unit multi-family community being developed in St. Charles by Sho-Deen Inc., has six units available for immediate occupancy and five for 45- to 60-day delivery.

Available in six one- and two-story floor plans, the designs range in size from 1,540 to 2,536 square feet with two or three bedrooms plus loft, two or 2 1/2 baths and attached two-car garages priced from $205,900 to $244,900.

– Preconstruction sales are underway at Avalon, a community planned for 136 single-family homes in northwest suburban Wheeling.

Located on Palatine Frontage Road, just east of Wheeling Road, Avalon features five floor plans with three or four bedrooms and 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths. The split-level and two-story homes range in size from 1,978 to 2,600 square feet and are priced from $197,990 to $254,990.

– The Larkspur design has been added to the collection of single-family homes offered at The Preserve at WindDance Valley in Lake Villa .

Nine floor plans are offered, ranging in size from 1,575 to 2,675 square feet. Priced from $162,990 to $199,990, the designs include three to five bedrooms, two to three baths, and attached two- and three-car garages.

The Preserve at WindDance Valley is located on Cedar Lake Road, a quarter mile south of Grand Avenue in Lake Villa.

– Sales are underway on a new neighborhood of homes at Mill Creek in Geneva, being developed by Fox Development Group.

The 70 single-family homes in the Fieldstone neighborhood are offered in 12 floor plans ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,764 square feet.

Priced from $185,900 to $253,875, the two-story designs feature three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a full basement and attached two-car garage.

– Fifteen homes remain for sale at the Knolls of Amber Grove in Bartlett, a community planned for 160 single-family homes.

One of the homes available for early July delivery is the Bedford. It includes 1,752 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and attached two-car garage.

Priced at $206,600, the Bedford overlooks the Villa Olivia Golf Course.
