The Chicago skyline from Navy Pier to the Adler Planetarium will be lighted by fireworks during the Taste of Chicago. The Grant Park Symphony Concert, conducted by Michael Morgan, will provide a classical music background for the colorful light show. The concert and fireworks will be simulcast on WFMT 98.7 FM. WFLD-TV Fox 32 will broadcast proceedings from 8 to 10 p.m.
The fireworks on Wednesday begin at 9:30 p.m. in Grant Park.
