William E. Fallscher, 73, of Richmond, a golf course superintendent in Lake and McHenry Counties, died Wednesday in Richmond. He was born in Northfield and formerly lived in Wheeling. He is survived by three daughters, Barbara Colby, Nancy Forsberg and Carolyn Janus; a son, William; and 12 grandchildren. Services were held Monday in Richmond.
