Louisiana Land and Exploration Co. said it completed the sale of its crude-oil refinery and terminal near Mobile, Ala., to Shell Oil Co. The sale includes a 74,000-barrel-a-day refinery, deep-water terminal, 800 acres and other assets. Terms were withheld.
