Mother Nature delayed spring and summer, but retailers didn’t skimp on the seasonal goods. So once again, we have expanded the Material World column and compiled our annual end-of-the-season bargain-hunter’s guide. Some sales are for a limited time only and others are while quantities last. So shoppers, get on your marks, get ready, shop!
