An Alsip man was charged Tuesday in federal court with distributing child pornography by computer.

The charges against William G. Kaspar, 25, stem from an undercover FBI investigation code-named “Innocent Images,” in which agents went on-line over the nation’s largest computer network to nab purveyors of “kiddie porn.”

Shortly before 2 a.m. on April 13, 1995, Kaspar sent computer images of underage girls engaged in sex to an undercover FBI agent logged onto America Online in Maryland, according to Assistant U.S. Atty. Joel Bertocchi.
