Diana K. Scherer, 34, died Saturday at home in Crystal Lake. She was born in Elgin. She is survived by a son, Neil Oppermann; her father, Donald Kivi; a sister; and two brothers. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Flagg Funeral Home, 2 N. Williams St., Crystal Lake. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
