Chemed Corp. is buying the remaining 42 percent of Roto-Rooter Inc. that it doesn’t already own for $88.6 million. Chemed, of Cincinnati, has interests in plumbing repair, among other things. Roto-Rooter, also Cincinnati-based, provides sewer and drain cleaning services.
