Robert C. Hagglund, 83, a former executive secretary and past president of the Chicago Industrial Communication Association, died Wednesday in Wheeling. A lifelong Chicago resident, he also was a former telephone communications manager for Marshall Field’s department stores. Survivors include two sons, Robert A. and Neil; three grandsons; two great-granddaughters; and a great-grandson. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Bethany United Church of Christ, 4250 N. Paulina St., Chicago.
