Ronald V. Benjamin, 57, a longtime employee of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, died Wednesday in his home in Chicago. Mr. Benjamin, who held degrees from DePaul University, was a computer scientist for the district for 30 years. He also taught computer science courses at DePaul. Survivors include a daughter, Laura Miller; two brothers; a sister; and a grandson. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in The Healy Chapel, 332 W. Downer Pl., Aurora.
