Outlook: The section has a new look as Hubbard, Bogan, Gage Park and Curie–all formerly of the West–join holdover Harlan and former Southeast entry Washington. The favorite is Hubbard, which returns 14 starters and gets a boost from Mt. Carmel transfer Charles Frazier, a tailback.
