Beverly Wright, 65, a science teacher in the Chicago Public Schools for many years, died on Friday at home in Spring Grove. After graduating from Northeastern Illinois University, Ms. Wright taught science at several city schools. She retired in the 1980s from Guglielmo Marconi School, 230 N. Kolmar Ave. A native of Middletown, Pa., she moved to Chicago in the 1950s. Ms. Wright was a member of Wilmot United Methodist Church in Wilmot, Wis. She is survived by a companion, Wanda Owen. Services will be held Tuesday in Harrisburg, Pa.
