Case Corp. of Racine, Wis., completed its acquisition of a 75 percent stake in a farm-tractor unit of Steyr-Daimler-Puch AG, an Austrian machine maker, for an undisclosed sum. Case hopes the unit, Steyr Landmaschinentechnik GmbH, adds to European sales.
