After taking heat for the long, hot, outdoor swearing-in ceremony for new citizens this summer, the Immigration and Naturalization Service has announced that its next round of ceremonies will be held indoors. That includes the one Saturday, when 5,000 immigrants will be sworn in as new U.S. citizens.
Saturday, UIC Pavilion, University of Illinois at Chicago campus.
