The godfather of soul, James Brown, will perform at a benefit for the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. The event is pricey, with individual tickets ranging from $350 to $1,000. There will be a silent auction of items ranging from memorabilia from James Brown’s private collection to two airline tickets to London. There also will be a raffle of items ranging from 2 round-trip tickets to San Francisco to a gold Chanel chain-link belt. Raffle tickets are $50 each, 3 for $100 and 10 for $250. Call 908-6023.
