SIDEWALKS COMING TO MIDWAY DRIVE
Willowbrook has been selected to receive a federal grant of about $200,000 to pay for installing sidewalks on Midway Drive between Illinois Highway 83 and Clarendon Hills Road.
Public Works Director Phil Modaff said the entire project will cost about $280,000.
The village’s comprehensive plan calls for developing more pedestrian walkways throughout the village.
