Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

From the School of the Art Institute’s Calendar of Events: “Wed., Nov. 13, 6 p.m. Barry Schwartz’s electro-punk performances incorporate raw electricity into sound sculptures with which he interacts. Schwartz plays piano strings, hung from a tower to the ground, as oil falls on them. With the use of electricity, his work has an intentional degree of unpredictability and danger.”

Makes you long for a more innocent time when performers just bit off doves’ heads.
