Kiwi International Air Lines will return to U.S. Bankruptcy Court Thursday with a plan that could allow the airline to restart operations. Kiwi says Wasatch International Corp., a Florida investment firm, has agreed to lend the troubled airline $5 million to resume scheduled flights in certain cities beginning Monday.
