The Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday night got their first glimpse at Menard’s annexation proposal.
The 36-acre development, now zoned for commercial use, would include a 165,000-square-foot store. The company would lease its 53,000-square-foot building and its lumber storage building.
