If there were any doubts about the strength and depth of coach George Stanton’s third-ranked Young Dolphins, they were erased Wednesday.
Playing without junior starting guard Quentin Richardson, who is nursing a sore knee, the Dolphins (7-1) had more than enough to run past Crane 73-49.
The Dolphins led 6-4 when they took off on a 28-2 run to jump ahead 34-6. Corey Harris had 10 of his team-high 18 points during the spurt.
Lonnie Holland had 14 points and Cordell Henry and Oscar Towne each had 11.
