The Bears should re-sign Erik Kramer as their No. 1 quarterback. They should not make an offer to Dave Krieg and they should get rid of Shane Matthews, Steve Stenstrom and Mark Butterfield.
I suggest the Bears look for an experienced guy with a low price tag to fill their No. 2 spot, such as Randall Cunningham or Chris Miller. The No. 3 spot should go to a young gun (not necessarily a guy taken in the draft) who has a legitimate chance of being the QB for the future (not Stenstrom).
