Q. Why would a guy read Playboy if he has a pretty girlfriend?
A. You could just as well ask why women read romance novels with steamy sex scenes or watch soap operas where couples are jumping in and out of bed. Men are more visual creatures than women and so they like to look at pictures. Does it arouse them? You bet. And if they have a pretty girlfriend, most likely she will be the beneficiary of that arousal.
Some men become obsessed by looking at such pictures and end up preferring them to living in the real world. If that happens, then they need to go for help. But if a guy looks at these magazines occasionally, there is nothing to be concerned about, no matter how pretty his girlfriend.
