Quite often I clip an item from the Tribune because it is something I want to keep or to pass along to someone else.
My newspaper of Christmas Day is now a cutup lot of pages, for there were so many encouraging, heartwarming, cheering, challenging articles that I had to save to reread or to pass along.
One of my random acts of kindness today is to write to thank you for all the good in the news.
