Washington-based BET Holdings Inc.’s Black Entertainment Television Inc. and Microsoft Corp. of Redmond, Wash., said they formed a joint venture to produce interactive programming on the Internet. . .Columbus, Ohio-based CompuServe Corp. said its president and chief executive officer, Robert Massey, resigned, effective immediately.
