Conrail Inc. of Philadelphia and Illinois Central Railroad Co. of Chicago said they will provide a rail shipping service linking major markets in the South, Midwest and Northeast. It will start Feb. 26 and connect Memphis; New Orleans; Boston; New York; and Columbus, Ohio.
