Eastman Kodak Co. extended the contract of Chairman and chief executive George Fisher for two years, through Dec. 31, 2000. Under the extension, Fisher will continue to be paid a base salary of $2 million a year but will receive more stock options and restricted shares of the photo firm based in Rochester, N.Y. Fisher left as CEO of Schaumburg-based Motorola Inc. for Kodak in 1993.
