I would like to be the first to thank Gary Washburn for the Monday morning laughs, anger and information I got from reading his “Getting Around” column. I have enjoyed the column immensely even though I wouldn’t be caught dead on Chicago expressways after being raised in much more civilized Wisconsin, where people really know how to drive with courtesy and skill.
Well, maybe not.
I will miss the column anyway.
