The American Institute of Architects is readying a $2.5 million national television campaign over the next three years, according to Architect Magazine. The ads, scheduled to start in March, 1998, will tout the advantages and abilities of architects on such shows as ABC-TV’s “Good Morning America” and CNN’s “Larry King Live.” The group says the TV ads will “challenge the stereotypes of of architects” and will be in addition to the print ads.
