The ABC-TV report that a deputy to Whitewater Special Prosecutor Kenneth Starr told the U.S. Court of Appeals that Hillary Clinton, among others, could be indicted was simply an argument he had to make to persuade the court that the notes Starr is seeking were relevant. In other words, it was lawyer’s baloney.
