Welcome back, “Getting Around” (Metro, June 2)! This column has always helped me get through the Monday madness on the roadways. As my first contribution to its return, I would like to highly recommend the cover story (“Road rage”) in the June 2 issue of U.S. News & World Report. It proves that all of us road warriors aren’t just imagining the terror on the tollways or the exasperation on the expressways. I think the Tribune column is not totally lost on the Illinois Department of Transportation and friends–at least I hope not.
