The Ravinia Festival launches its 62nd season June 15 with a host of planned programs including an opening-day family concert at 2 p.m.

Titled “Two by Seuss,” the program features composer and conductor Robert Kapilow’s musical arrangements of two Dr. Seuss classics, “Green Eggs and Ham” and “Gertrude McFuzz.”

The program will be conducted by Kapilow and staged by soprano Angelina Reaux, a troupe of young actors and an instrumental ensemble.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children.
