The Museum of Contemporary Art’s 2nd Annual Summer Solstice Celebration will mark the year’s longest day with around-the-clock entertainment and activities from 7 p.m. Friday to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Some 39 separate performances and activities, many of them family oriented on Saturday, include the world-beat band Ulele, a midnight horror-film festival, an early-morning tai chi demonstration, an architecture tour and workshops on everything from Web surfing to kite making.

A $10 ticket includes the entertainment plus access to all galleries.
