SPSS Inc. signed an agreement to acquire DeltaPoint Inc.’s DeltaGraph software and related assets for about $1 million. Chicago-based SPSS said DeltaGraph is a software package for creating scientific, business and technical charts. DeltaPoint, of Monterey, Calif., provides Web site creation and management tools.
