Joseph F. Bartak, a former engineer for Rockwell International Corp., died Thursday at his home in Spring Hill, Fla. A native of Chicago’s Roseland community, Mr. Bartak lived for decades in the Chicago area. He moved to Florida about 15 years ago. He is survived by his wife, Vera Bartak, and a daughter, Patricia Armato. No services were held.
